1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lucky License (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.
2. License Grant
Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the license keys you have purchased on the device(s) permitted by your plan.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, (b) share, resell, or sublicense your keys without written permission, (c) use the Service to violate any law, or (d) attempt to bypass device binding or license validation checks.
4. Payments
All fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Trial keys are free and auto-expire. Paid keys activate as soon as payment is confirmed.
5. Refund Policy
If the Service is not working properly for you, you may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase. To request a refund you must first contact our support team and describe the issue — refunds are handled manually after a short conversation, not automatically.
After the 24-hour window, purchases are non-refundable. Keys that have already been bound to a device, used to activate an extension, or are subject to a chargeback are not eligible for a refund.
6. Revocation & Suspension
We may revoke or suspend any key found to be used in violation of these Terms, obtained fraudulently, or charged back. Revocation takes effect immediately across all bound devices.
7. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the Service online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or business interruption resulting from Service unavailability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lucky License be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
